1) Acceptance & eligibility (17+)
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and MikissMood Team (“MikissMood”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) The Service
MikissMood empowers you to take control of your personal growth and goal-setting journey. You can set clear goals, break them into milestones, track progress with charts and timelines, and reflect using weekly and monthly goal cards and prompts.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Some features may be optional, experimental, region-limited, or version-dependent.
3) Accounts
- Accuracy: you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- Security: you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activities under your account.
4) Your content
The Service may allow you to create, upload, store, or share content such as goals, reflections, text, or images (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant MikissMood a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service as requested by you.
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to provide it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
5) Optional AI-assisted features
The Service may offer optional AI-assisted generation features (e.g., generating summaries or prompts from text/images you choose to provide). You control whether to use these features, and you agree not to upload sensitive information you do not want processed to generate the requested output.

6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or its security features.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
- Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Harass, threaten, or exploit others.
7) Third-party platforms
The Service may operate on or integrate with third-party platforms (such as Apple’s App Store and iOS). Your use of those platforms may be governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MIKISSMOOD IS NOT A MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, OR EMERGENCY SERVICE. IT PROVIDES ORGANIZATIONAL AND REFLECTION TOOLS ONLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIKISSMOOD TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10) Governing law & binding arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
